About the role#
This 11-week internship program is based in Navarre, Ohio, and runs during the summer of 2027. You will work alongside HR and Operations leaders to support programs that impact our Distribution Center team members. This role offers hands-on experience with the full team member lifecycle and provides insight into how HR functions within a distribution environment.
What you'll do#
- Support HR initiatives including recruiting, onboarding, and training.
- Assist with team member relations, safety, and HR policy compliance.
- Manage workforce data and contribute to ongoing projects.
- Learn how HR partners with Operations to support our nationwide activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor or master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to relocate to and reside in the Navarre, Ohio area for the internship duration.
