About the role#
As a Water Engineering Intern, you will join the Water Business Line in our Manchester, New Hampshire office. You will work alongside industry experts to deliver infrastructure projects across the Northeast. This role offers a hybrid work environment and the opportunity to contribute to projects that support community resilience and environmental sustainability.
What you'll do#
- Support project teams with data collection, analysis, and documentation for water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
- Perform engineering calculations to support ongoing projects.
- Assist staff with various study, design, and construction tasks or field assignments.
- Participate in company-wide Intern Day activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s program in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of completed college-level coursework.
- Previous internship experience in engineering, design, or consulting.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to solve engineering problems.
- Flexibility, a positive attitude, and open-mindedness.
- Hands-on experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or SolidWorks.
- Proficiency with office software including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
