    About the role#

    This Winter Engineering Co-Op position places you within a team focused on strategic and operational projects. You will be matched to specific tasks based on your skills and current business needs. The role requires full-time commitment during the Winter 2027 term.

    What you'll do#

    • Partner with leadership to identify efficiency gaps and benchmark against industry practices.
    • Take ownership of specific processes, reviewing them in detail to recommend improvements.
    • Operate specialized equipment and instrumentation with limited supervision.
    • Build tools and models to track progress and increase efficiency.
    • Learn and apply continuous improvement methodologies like PPI and Six Sigma.
    • Collaborate across functions including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and finance.

    What you'll need#

    • Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical information.
    • Ability to work well in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Current pursuit of a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering.
