About the role#
The Travel Agency Sales team focuses on building relationships and communication across various travel trade channels. You will support sales initiatives for Disney Destinations, including Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, and National Geographic Expeditions. This is a full-time, six-month internship running from January 2027 through June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide communication support for Travel Agency Sales and the EarMarked by Disney Program.
- Partner with team members to respond to inquiries from Business Development Managers and travel agencies.
- Solve guest services issues by using your knowledge of products and internal processes.
- Manage projects and support the development of sales tactics.
- Create presentations and assist with other projects as needed.
- Help facilitate on-site agent education programs and training events.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university, taking at least one class.
- Coursework in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for professional presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Capacity to work both independently and within a team.
- Ability to learn new online tools and systems quickly.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with unrestricted work authorization.
- A valid US driver’s license and a personal vehicle for travel to on-site events.
- Compliance with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.
- You must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or College Program.
- A cover letter must be submitted with your resume.
