About the role#
The Sales & Marketing Strategy Intern joins the Latin America Consumer & Sales Distribution Marketing Team. You will work on the deployment and optimization of travel trade channels that support the Latin America business for Disney Cruise Line, Walt Disney World Resort, and Disneyland Resort. This is a full-time, six-month internship based in Celebration, Florida, running from January 2027 through June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Manage projects for Disneytravelagents.com, including the roll-out process and communication plans like newsletters and social posts.
- Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, training sessions, and marketing events by coordinating logistics and promotional materials.
- Analyze internal and external data to identify trends within the Latin America market.
- Work with the marketing team to build content for campaigns, social media, and blog posts.
- Evaluate creative assets and provide guidance to Spanish-speaking clients.
- Collect data from marketing initiatives to prepare reports on campaign efficiency and key performance indicators.
What you'll need#
- Bilingual proficiency in English and native Portuguese or Spanish.
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Experience in marketing communications, project management, and business analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work full-time hours for the duration of the six-month program.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
