About the role#
This is a full-time, six-month internship based in Celebration, Florida. You will join the Latin America Consumer Direct team to support visitation and revenue goals for Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, and Disney Cruise Line. The program runs from January 2027 through June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Analyze internal and external data to identify market trends.
- Research and build reports that highlight business opportunities.
- Lead projects aimed at increasing brand relevance, guest intent to visit, and conversion.
- Work with multiple teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives.
- Provide strategic input on content for multi-channel projects, including digital integrations and promotions.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior or Senior undergraduate standing.
- Major in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
- Unrestricted work authorization.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
