About the role#
The Marketing Strategy Intern joins the Latin America Consumer Direct team to support visitation and revenue goals for Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, and Disney Cruise Line. This is a full-time, six-month internship based in Celebration, Florida.
What you'll do#
- Interpret internal and external data to track market trends.
- Research and build reports to identify business opportunities.
- Lead projects that increase relevance, intent to visit, and business conversion.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives.
- Provide strategic input on content for multi-channel projects, including digital integrations, influencer outreach, and in-country promotions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in a college or university.
- Major in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong project management, marketing communications, and business analysis skills.
- Proven written and verbal business communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week).
