About the role#
The Worldwide Safety and Health/Engineering/Sourcing Creative team develops stories and creative solutions to encourage safe and healthy choices. You will work with this team to create content that reaches Guests and over 100,000 Cast Members globally. This is a full-time, paid internship running from January 2027 through June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Design marketing materials, logos, and brands for internal and external audiences.
- Build and implement communication strategies using both print and electronic channels.
- Work with subject matter experts to develop infographics, dynamic signage, fliers, and videos.
- Maintain and improve global communication platforms, including the internal company website.
- Collaborate with other creatives both within and outside of your department.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior, or current participation in a Disney program.
- Coursework in Graphic Design, Communications, Media Studies, or Art.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Basic photography knowledge.
- Ability to solve problems, think critically, and manage multiple projects independently or in a team.
- A portfolio is required for your application to be considered.
- Preferred skills include knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and strong writing abilities.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
- The position is on-site and requires full-time availability of approximately 40 hours per week.
- You must be at least 18 years old and possess unrestricted work authorization.
- You are responsible for your own housing and transportation.
