About the role#
The Mosaic Mining the Future Indigenous Students program offers full-time work terms for post-secondary students. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience within the mining industry across various functional areas. The term begins January 11, 2027, and lasts for up to 12 months.
What you'll do#
Depending on your field of study and placement, you may be responsible for the following:
- Working on site operations as a student engineer or geologist.
- Assisting with compliance and field data collection as an Environmental or Lab Technician.
- Helping with recruitment and employee engagement as HR or Talent Support.
- Supporting office operations as an Administrative Assistant.
- Managing timelines and resources as a Project Coordinator.
What you'll need#
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Of Métis, First Nation, or Inuit ancestry (status or Métis citizenship card required).
- Must be a full-time post-secondary student in the semester prior to the work term.
- Ability to effectively work with others.
- Reliable transportation to travel to and from work.
- Ability to work full-time during the selected term.

- Location: Regina, Saskatchewan (with opportunities at other Saskatchewan Potash sites).
- Work Modality: On-site.

- Compensation: This is a paid position.
