About the role#
We are looking for a Chemical Engineering student to join our Manufacturing Technology team as a co-op. You will report to the technology department coordinator and gain hands-on experience in a chemical plant. This role requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week for at least six months. The preferred start term is Spring 2027.
What you'll do#
- Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvement plans.
- Conduct failure analysis investigations.
- Participate in process safety management activities.
- Contribute to team meetings and conference calls.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment at an accredited college or university as a sophomore or above.
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering or a similar field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- A GPA of 3.2 or above is preferred.
- Participation in relevant activities, organizations, or projects beyond the classroom is preferred.
