    About the role#

    The Chemours Company is hiring a Chemical Engineering Co-op for our Manufacturing Technology team in Corpus Christi, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site position. You will work alongside experienced engineers on real-world projects within a chemical plant, applying your classroom knowledge to daily operations.

    What you'll do#

    • Collaborate with engineering professionals on site improvement and expansion projects.
    • Assist operations and maintenance teams with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem solving.
    • Participate in process safety management activities and reviews.
    • Contribute to team meetings and conference calls.
    • Support the development of process technology.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment as a Junior or above at an accredited college or university.
    • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • A GPA of 3.2 or above is preferred.
    • Participation in relevant extracurricular activities, organizations, or projects is a plus.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Corpus Christi, Texas.
    • Term: Fall 2026.
    • Schedule: 40 hours per week.
    • This position is paid. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
