About the role#
As a Field Engineer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in field operations, project coordination, quality control, and construction management. You will work on active construction projects and collaborate with project teams and subcontractors. This position is based in San Francisco, California, for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Support active construction projects by coordinating project information and tracking field progress.
- Work closely with project teams and subcontractors to support project schedules.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Verify that construction activities align with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and codes.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior at an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and comfort making cold and warm phone calls.
- Goal-oriented mindset with high academic achievement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Elected leadership experience is preferred.

- Pay: $25 to $29 per hour.
