About the role#
As a Service Technician Trainee Intern, you will work at a service center to inspect, repair, and service electric vehicles. This is a full-time, paid role where you will gain hands-on experience with vehicle technology and support our service operations. You will interact with customers and work closely with your team to maintain service standards.
What you'll do#
- Perform entry-level inspections and repairs on electric vehicles.
- Operate hand, power, and shop tools.
- Conduct equipment inspections, adjustments, and certifications.
- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) for new cars.
- Keep accurate records of time, parts, inventory, and shop supplies.
- Help maintain vehicle cleanliness for customers.
- Support Parts and Front of House operations on a rotational basis.
What you'll need#
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques.
- Current enrollment in an Automotive program is preferred.
- A valid driver license.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- A safety-first attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer skills, including web browser navigation and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with the English language.
- Ability to report to the local service center as needed.

- Compensation: $25.00 per hour plus benefits.
