About the role#
As a Service Technician Trainee intern, you will work at our service center to help maintain and repair electric vehicles. This is a full-time, hands-on position where you will learn about our technology while supporting daily service operations. You will interact with customers and work closely with your team to support our mission.
What you'll do#
- Perform entry-level inspection, repair, and service on electric vehicles.
- Use a variety of hand, power, and shop tools.
- Conduct equipment inspections, adjustments, and certifications.
- Complete Pre-Delivery Inspections for new cars.
- Manage inventory, track time, and handle shop supplies and parts.
- Keep customer vehicles clean.
- Support parts and front-of-house operations on a rotational basis.
What you'll need#
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques.
- Current enrollment in an automotive program is preferred.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Basic computer skills, including web browsers and Microsoft Office.
- A safety-first mindset and the ability to work well in a team.
- Familiarity with the English language.

- Compensation: $21.25 per hour plus benefits.
