About the role#
This internship supports the Sales and Delivery Operations team. You will gain hands-on experience managing sales pipelines, delivery processes, and customer experience strategies. You will also contribute to field training initiatives to help maintain operational standards across regional markets.
What you'll do#
- Monitor key performance indicators with the Sales and Delivery Program Manager.
- Analyze data on vehicle sales, customer experience, and delivery timelines to find areas for improvement.
- Coordinate sales events and vehicle deliveries.
- Optimize customer experience touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Regional Field Trainers to build and refine training materials.
- Evaluate training programs by collecting data and feedback.
- Join cross-functional teams to improve sales and delivery processes.
- Research and benchmark operational performance.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for ongoing projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an academic program for Operations, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and ask questions when needed.
- Ability to build positive relationships with internal teams.
- Must be located in Southern Florida.
Location & details#
- Location: Miami Gardens, Florida.
- Term: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
- Commitment: Full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site.
- This is a paid internship.
