About the role#
The Yanfeng College Internship Program offers hands-on, career-specific experience within our Sales function. You will work on real-world projects throughout the summer break. This program connects interns across the U.S. to build skills through technical training and career coaching.
What you'll do#
- Complete full-time work on projects within our Interiors or Safety Systems divisions.
- Collaborate with an assigned buddy and mentor who will support your development.
- Participate in networking and educational activities.
- Gain exposure to senior level management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Pursuit of a bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
- A GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Clear communication skills, leadership ability, and initiative.
- A strong interest in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Prior internship, work experience, or extracurricular involvement is preferred.
- A highly motivated, positive, and goal-oriented mindset.

- Location: Novi, Michigan.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24 to August 13).
- Modality: On-site, full-time.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
