About the role#
We are looking for a Program Manager Intern to join our Territory Operations team. You will support the Canada and Upper Midwest region by helping plan and execute key operational programs. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and ensure operational consistency across the territory.
What you'll do#
- Support program management initiatives to drive operational performance.
- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics and KPIs to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers to support data-driven decision making.
- Use AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and scale operational processes.
- Assist with process documentation and contribute to the standardization of workflows across the territory.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data modeling, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation to improve efficiency.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Bilingual skills in French and English are a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Quebec City, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 through May 2027).
- Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week), on-site.
- Compensation: $20.55 - $35.17 per hour plus benefits.
