About the role#
We are looking for an Events Coordinator Intern to support our North America Sales and Delivery Field Management team. You will identify, plan, and support events across the Northeast territory. This role helps align local events with our brand identity and business objectives.
What you'll do#
- Research and source event opportunities across the Northeast region.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing local and regional events.
- Support event marketing initiatives, including outreach and promotional material development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain alignment with corporate goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with event vendors, partners, and venue representatives.
- Track and report on event performance metrics.
- Provide administrative support to the events and marketing teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an academic program.
- Residence on Long Island, NY.
- Flexibility to travel within the Northeast territory.
- Ability to measure ROI and event impact, such as lead generation and brand visibility.
- Experience sourcing and evaluating event opportunities strategically.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and the ability to multitask.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and resourceful nature.
- Prior experience in event coordination, marketing, or communications is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, NY.
- Term: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
- Modality: Full-time (40 hours per week), on-site.
- This is a paid internship.
