About the role#
This internship offers practical exposure to geotechnical, environmental, materials, and facilities engineering. You will work alongside professionals on real client projects and learn how technical decisions impact the community. The program includes mentorship, professional development, and participation in a nationwide cohort where you can share your experiences with executive leadership.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians on field and laboratory assignments.
- Support active project work and observe how technical decisions translate to client outcomes.
- Build skills in sampling, testing, data analysis, and report development.
- Learn safe field and laboratory practices, ASTM, DOT, and COE testing standards.
- Develop an understanding of project management, quality systems, and client communication.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in engineering, science, technical, or business fields.
- Interest in consulting and fieldwork.
- Curiosity, teamwork, and alignment with company values.
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable violation history may be required.
