About the role#
We are hiring an intern to join our GTM Strategy & Operations team for the summer. This team manages the systems, data, and processes that support our sales, marketing, and partnerships functions. You will work within our CRM, build dashboards, maintain data quality, and create process documentation. You will work alongside our GTM Analyst and report directly to the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations. This role is a fit for anyone interested in revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, or go-to-market strategy.
What you'll do#
- Maintain data quality in HubSpot by resolving duplicates, missing fields, and naming inconsistencies.
- Support data enrichment projects to improve sales efficiency and enforce data entry standards.
- Build and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and Google Sheets to track pipeline health and deal progression.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting packages for leadership review.
- Analyze data to identify trends in lead sources, conversion rates, and rep performance.
- Create and update process guides in Confluence and organize the internal knowledge base.
- Document GTM playbooks and track the outcomes of outbound motions.
- Work with tools including HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Jira, and Confluence.
- Identify manual processes for potential automation and troubleshoot tool issues.
- Attend meetings with Sales, Marketing, BD/Partnerships, and Customer Experience teams.
- Participate in weekly standups, 1:1s, and pipeline reviews.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort working with data in spreadsheets, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, specifically Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus.
- Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools.
- Interest in AI/ML, cloud computing, or technical infrastructure.
- Prior internship or project experience in operations, analytics, or business strategy.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana.

- The position is full-time for the summer term.
