About the role#
Teledyne ISCO is seeking a Computer Engineering Intern to assist with engineering tasks related to new product development and the support of existing products. This role provides hands-on experience and the opportunity to contribute to engineering workflows and testing processes.
What you'll do#
- Conduct performance tests on competitive products, engineering prototypes, and alpha/beta units.
- Perform research on competitive products, manufacturing methods, and general new product development.
- Create and update engineering models, drawings, and schematics.
- Design and implement test fixtures.
- Create, implement, and maintain procedures and work instructions.
- Assemble prototypes and conduct continuous improvement testing.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Lincoln, Nebraska.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Minimum of 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Employment Type: Part-time, paid internship.
