Computer Engineering Intern

About the role#

Teledyne ISCO is seeking a Computer Engineering Intern to assist with engineering tasks related to new product development and the support of existing products. This role provides hands-on experience and the opportunity to contribute to engineering workflows and testing processes.

What you'll do#

• Conduct performance tests on competitive products, engineering prototypes, and alpha/beta units.
• Perform research on competitive products, manufacturing methods, and general new product development.
• Create and update engineering models, drawings, and schematics.
• Design and implement test fixtures.
• Create, implement, and maintain procedures and work instructions.
• Assemble prototypes and conduct continuous improvement testing.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a degree program for Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Location & details#

• Location: Lincoln, Nebraska.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Schedule: Minimum of 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
• Employment Type: Part-time, paid internship.
