About the role#
The National Real Estate Group is looking for an intern or co-op student for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Montréal. You will work with experienced colleagues to gain hands-on experience, receive training, and participate in a community of students across the bank. This role involves managing complex transactions, supporting daily operations, and contributing to service delivery improvements.
What you'll do#
- Execute transactions and overrides while adhering to established guidelines and service level agreements.
- Investigate and document process exceptions and service delivery issues.
- Coordinate with partners on key initiatives and support small-scale projects.
- Provide analysis of process drivers and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Support inbound and outbound requests and maintain working relationships with customers.
- Contribute to reporting, presentations, and internal communications.
- Research industry regulations and trends to support risk mitigation and policy development.
- Participate in team activities, performance management, and knowledge sharing.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Intent to return to school following the completion of the work term.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to team success.
