About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience within the National Real Estate Group at TD. You will work alongside experienced professionals, participate in team initiatives, and contribute to operational projects. The role is designed to help you build career capabilities while gaining insight into the banking industry.
What you'll do#
- Execute complex transactions and overrides accurately while meeting service level agreements.
- Investigate and document process exceptions and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
- Analyze key process drivers and conduct research projects to support business objectives.
- Coordinate with partners on initiatives and contribute to consolidated reporting.
- Support change management projects and help develop or implement operational standards.
- Manage and escalate operational risks while maintaining confidentiality.
- Build and maintain working relationships with customers by resolving issues and answering inquiries.
- Participate in team activities, share knowledge, and provide guidance to others.
- Engage in personal performance management and professional development activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Intent to return to school following the completion of the work term.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a professional environment.
