About the role#
This Business Management Analyst Co-op position is part of the Global Technology and Solutions team at TD. You will work under direct or general supervision to support department management and staff. This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Build an understanding of the businesses and customers the team supports.
- Assist with operational and administrative functions, including diversified clerical duties.
- Provide support for your manager and other areas as indicated.
- Participate in various projects and tasks as assigned.
- Assist in completing departmental reports and projects.
- Answer and direct incoming calls when necessary.
- Support or partner with several business functions, areas, or departments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college program, preferably with a graduation date of May 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated approach to work.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school diploma.
- Preferred qualifications include a 3.2 GPA or higher and knowledge of Power BI or data documentation processes.
- Preferred experience includes comfort with technical tools, shared repositories, and process documentation.
Location & details#
- Location: Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
- Modality: This is an on-site, hybrid role. You will be required to work in the office up to 4 days per week.
