About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the commercial banking sector. You will gain experience in financial analysis, risk management, and industry analysis while working with mid-market businesses. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Learn the fundamentals of commercial lending through financial and industry analysis.
- Work closely with a variety of mid-market business clients.
- Create business proposals based on client needs regarding credit, deposits, and cash management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Intent to return to school at the start of the work term.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
