About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the commercial banking sector. You will gain exposure to the financial solutions provided to North American businesses. This position is a 4-month work term running from January 4, 2027, to April 23, 2027. This role is open to those who identify as First Nation (Status and Non-Status), Inuit, and Métis.
What you'll do#
- Learn the fundamentals of commercial lending through financial analysis, risk management, and industry analysis.
- Work closely with a variety of mid-market businesses to support their financial goals.
- Create business proposals based on the diverse credit, deposit, and cash management needs of your clients.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of returning to school at the start of the work term.
- A well-rounded approach to work, including the ability to function independently and as part of a team.
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed.

- Compensation: $45,700 - $74,400 CAD.
