About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the commercial banking sector. You will gain experience in financial analysis, risk management, and industry analysis while working with mid-market businesses. This role is a full-time, paid position designed to help you develop your professional skills and understand the fundamentals of commercial lending.
What you'll do#
- Learn the core aspects of commercial lending through financial, risk, and industry analysis.
- Work directly with a variety of mid-market business clients.
- Develop business proposals that address specific client needs regarding credit, deposits, and cash management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Intent to return to school following the completion of this work term.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

- Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 4th to April 23rd).
- Modality: On-site.
