About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will join the Analytics, Insights, and Artificial Intelligence (AI2) team to work on business intelligence projects. This role is a hybrid position based in Toronto, Ontario.
What you'll do#
- Provide a broad range of reporting and data visualization to support business functions.
- Develop and maintain specialized reporting packages and dashboards.
- Interpret findings by understanding business drivers, metrics, and definitions.
- Manage the repository of reporting assets, including documentation and development scripts.
- Implement and evolve report automation standards.
- Validate the quality and integrity of data used in all reporting.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Science, Statistics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Intent to return to school following the work term.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills.
- Experience telling stories through data visualization.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, SQL, Tableau, MS Power BI, PySpark, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, or Bitbucket.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Leadership qualities, including initiative and the ability to establish priorities.
- Technical knowledge or experience with Azure Cloud is considered an asset.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Term: January 4, 2027, to April 23, 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, with four days in the office per week.
- Compensation: $45,700 to $74,400 CAD.
