About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience supporting application development and delivery for the ADI program. You will work under the guidance of experienced team members to learn about the software development lifecycle, enterprise applications, integration, and agile delivery practices. This is a paid, part-time position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Assist with coding, configuration, scripts, prototypes, or low-code solutions.
- Prepare test data, execute test cases, document results, and support defect identification and retesting.
- Participate in discussions with business and technical partners.
- Help document user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and solution details.
- Maintain development notes, configuration records, support procedures, and release documentation.
- Participate in team meetings, demonstrations, code or design reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate-level program in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Enrollment in your university's co-op program is required.
- Coursework or experience with programming or scripting languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, or SQL.
- A basic understanding of software development, databases, APIs, testing, source control, or agile delivery.
- The ability to break down technical problems and work constructively with developers, analysts, testers, and business partners.
