About the role#
The Business Leadership Program (BLP) Data Analytics internship is a 10-week paid summer assignment for students seeking to build a career in data analytics. Interns work alongside subject matter experts to address complex business problems, gain exposure to functions including Marketing, Risk, Credit, Technology, and Operations, and present strategic insights to stakeholders.
What you'll do#
- Develop strategies to drive sales performance and loyalty programs.
- Support retail growth by advising on new store locations based on current performance data.
- Assess the performance of risk initiatives and track the health of client portfolios.
- Analyze public sentiment to provide actionable insights into the customer experience.
- Identify and deliver strategic insights through presentations to stakeholders and clients.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Minimum overall 3.0 GPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to synthesize diverse information to develop and recommend strategies.
- Prior data mining experience is helpful.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Location: Stamford Hub, Connecticut.
- Term: Summer 2026 (10 consecutive weeks).
- Modality: On-site.
- Employment Type: Full-time (minimum 40 hours per week).
