About the role#
The Exhibitions Support Intern works with the Exhibitions, Partner Operations, and Account Management teams to prepare for the March event. This role offers exposure to special events, brand activations, and exhibitions. You will gain experience in event production and operations while splitting your time between office projects and on-site event execution.
What you'll do#
- Assist with pre-event logistic preparation and on-site execution during the festival.
- Support client outreach and sales operations.
- Review and organize client deliverables.
- Perform data entry, data analytics, and audits.
- Learn to use software platforms like HubSpot, Airtable, and ExpoFP.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited university or college.
- Residency in Texas.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A highly organized and solution-driven approach to work.
- Interest in exhibitions, partner operations, account management, marketing, and event production.
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Austin, Texas.
- The role is hybrid and requires living in Texas.
- The commitment is a maximum of 16 hours per week, with potential for 40 hours per week during the event.
- Core office hours are Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm CT.
- This is a paid internship at $12.00 per hour.
- Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 10 pounds and the ability to work in an outdoor environment with varying temperatures or noise levels.
