About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in the floral industry. You will learn about the business from the ground up, covering planning, quality control, logistics, production, receiving, and product development. This role serves as a foundation for understanding warehouse management and international cold supply chains.
What you'll do#
- Implement new operational strategies.
- Provide feedback to employees.
- Monitor productivity metrics.
- Support the team during peak holiday production periods.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university with plans to continue your studies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work well in a team with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes quickly.
- Willingness to learn every aspect of the operation.
- Willingness to travel domestically and abroad, and to relocate if necessary.
- Majors in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration are preferred.
