About the role#
This Expense Management Co-op position supports our finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will help the team adopt AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to improve how we handle financial data. This role provides hands-on experience in a finance organization while you work on projects that drive efficiency and better decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Partner with finance professionals to analyze expense trends.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports.
- Automate manual processes to save time and reduce errors.
- Identify ways to improve efficiency using AI-driven solutions.
- Advance the team's use of Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication.
- Intellectual curiosity and a focus on using technology to solve problems.
- Experience with Excel and data analysis is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of generative AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, and data visualization platforms is highly desirable.
