About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the medical equipment manufacturing industry. You will contribute to meaningful projects while working alongside teams that develop and sustain technologies aimed at improving patient outcomes. This is a full-time, paid summer 2027 position located in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
What you'll do#
- Apply classroom knowledge to real-world engineering challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product sustainment.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Document complex processes and present them in a clear format.
- Develop your technical skills by implementing new ideas and engaging with business leaders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based sponsorship.
