About the role#
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will work on projects that improve how our team operates, communicates, and supports the business. This role is for someone who enjoys problem-solving, technology, and process improvement. You will contribute to meaningful projects, gain exposure to leaders, and experience our culture of teamwork.
What you'll do#
- Explore AI and automation opportunities to help streamline team processes and reduce manual work.
- Create training materials and team resources, including guides, reference documents, and process documentation.
- Assist with data analysis projects by gathering insights from business data to track key metrics and trends.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to help teams monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Test and evaluate new tools, technologies, and system enhancements to support operational excellence.
- Partner with Sales Support and leadership teams to document processes and requirements.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A cumulative 3.0 GPA or above is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
