About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain experience in medical equipment sales and operations. You will work directly with our teams to understand how we support healthcare providers and improve patient outcomes. This is a full-time, paid position for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to learn about branch functions.
- Develop a project segment focused on creating a target account list or a sales strategy.
- Learn selling skills, processes, and instrument use techniques through coaching and mentorship.
- Assist the warehouse team with assembling and breaking down instrument kits for surgery.
- Help Team Member Drivers with the delivery of kits to customer accounts.
- Support Sales and Field Operations teams with assigned special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, specifically in Business Administration or Marketing, with plans to return to school after the summer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
- Status as a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
