About the role#
St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Student Nurse (SNAP) for the 3SW Cardiac Step Down Unit at the Fort Thomas hospital. This is a part-time position scheduled for 24 hours per week on the 7A-7P shift. You will work on a 23-bed unit providing support to the nursing team.
What you'll do#
- Provide direct and indirect patient care under the direction of an RN or LPN.
- Assist patients with their daily living activities.
- Support the personal care and comfort of patients.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for your assigned group of patients.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in good standing at an accredited nursing program.
- Successful completion of your first clinical rotation.
- A minimum GPA of 2.75.
- A High School diploma or GED.
- You must not be listed on the Kentucky or Indiana Abuse Registry.
- Basic math and computer skills, along with effective verbal and written communication.
