About the role#
St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Student Nurse for the Med Surg unit at our Fort Thomas hospital. This is a part-time position requiring 24 hours per week on the first shift. You will work under the direction of an RN or LPN to support patient care.
What you'll do#
- Provide direct and indirect patient care.
- Help patients with their daily living activities.
- Support the personal care and comfort of patients.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for your assigned patients.
What you'll need#
- High School diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in an accredited nursing program in good standing.
- Completion of at least one clinical rotation.
- Minimum 2.75 GPA.
- Not listed on the Kentucky or Indiana Abuse Registry.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
