About the role#
The St. Clair Student Representative Council is hiring dependable students to join the SafeWalk team. This role provides walking escorts to fellow students across campus during evening hours to help them feel safe and supported.
What you'll do#
- Escort students to their vehicle, class, or bus stop when they request it.
- Respond to all requests with politeness and respect.
- Log your activity and report any safety concerns to your supervisor.
- Follow all SRC safety procedures and confidentiality guidelines.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently enrolled as a student at St. Clair College.
- You are responsible, reliable, and committed to student safety.
- You are friendly and confident when communicating with others.
- You are able to walk across campus and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- You work well in a team and maintain a professional attitude.
Location & details#
- This position is located at the St. Clair College Downtown and Main campuses in Ontario, Canada.
- This is an on-site, paid student contract role with rolling intake.
