About the role#
Griff’s is the student-run restaurant and pub operated by the St. Clair SRC. We provide food and drinks to students and staff in a casual space. You will work as part of a team that delivers service with school spirit.
What you'll do#
- Prepare food items according to safety and recipe standards.
- Assist with line cooking, portioning, and plating.
- Keep the kitchen and prep area clean and organized.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Support kitchen staff and manage rush periods.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at St. Clair College.
- Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment.
- Positive, respectful attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility with your schedule.
- Smart Serve or Food Handler’s Certification is an asset.
