About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Operational Excellence internship based in Wilmington, Delaware. We are looking for students or recent graduates with a background in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. This is an on-site role with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Manage the accounts payable process by preparing, recording, verifying, and paying vendor invoices.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with employee expense reimbursement requests.
- Address and resolve vendor inquiries.
- Help develop and evaluate accounts payable policies.
- Ensure all work complies with internal and external financial controls.
