About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within our manufacturing and operations teams. You will work on real projects that support our engineering, quality, and reliability initiatives. This program helps you apply your classroom knowledge to actual technical challenges while working alongside experienced professionals in a global chemical manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Support safety, quality, productivity, and reliability initiatives.
- Assist with process improvement and engineering projects.
- Analyze operational and production data to find opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving.
- Support capital projects, maintenance initiatives, and operational excellence efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain.
- Present your project results and recommendations to site leadership.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program for Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
