About the role#
As a Pharmacy Student at Sobeys, you will gain hands-on experience in pharmacy operations while completing your training to become a licensed Pharmacist. This role focuses on providing customer service and supporting the daily functions of the pharmacy in a professional setting.
What you'll do#
- Perform pharmacy tasks appropriate to your level of education.
- Handle prescription assembly and data entry.
- Process customer transactions and release prescriptions.
- Assist with compounding and pill pack assembly.
- Manage drug order creation, receiving, and supply replenishment.
- Answer phones and promote pharmacy programs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Pharmacy program from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience working in a pharmacy.
- Above average oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

- This position is located in Edmonton, Alberta.
- The role is on-site and full-time.
