About the role#
The Pharmacy Student position offers a progressive learning experience in pharmacy operations, administration, and customer care. This role is designed to support students as they complete the training necessary to become a licensed Pharmacist.
What you'll do#
- Provide superior customer service to all patients.
- Perform prescription assembly, including data entry.
- Process customer transactions and handle the receiving and releasing of prescriptions.
- Promote all Profile programs.
- Assist with compounding, pill pack assembly, and filing prescriptions.
- Manage drug order creation, receiving, and the replenishment of pharmacy supplies.
- Answer phones and maintain the cleanliness of the pharmacy area.
- Adhere to and implement all company standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Pharmacy program at a recognized institution.
- Previous pharmacy experience.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to be self-directed and work independently to meet deadlines.
- Above average oral and written communication skills.
