About the role#
The Pharmacy Student role provides a progressive learning experience in all aspects of pharmacy operations. You will support the team in delivering customer care and professional services while completing the training required to become a licensed Pharmacist. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Provide superior customer service to all patients.
- Perform prescription assembly, including data entry, compounding, and pill pack assembly.
- Manage customer transactions and handle the receiving and releasing of prescriptions.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, ordering and replenishing supplies, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Promote all pharmacy profile programs.
- Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Pharmacy program from a recognized institution.
- Previous pharmacy experience.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed in meeting deadlines.
- Above average oral and written communication skills.
