About the role#
The Public Affairs Internship for Fall 2026 is a full-time, on-site position based in New York. This role supports client teams in a strategic communications and public affairs environment.
What you'll do#
- Support 5-6 client teams with daily operations and special projects.
- Compile and distribute daily press clips.
- Build press lists covering reporters, editors, producers, and bookers.
- Conduct research on a wide range of policy issues.
- Take notes during internal and client-facing meetings.
- Monitor media and provide support for crisis response.
- Draft materials including press releases, social media content, and pitches.
What you'll need#
- Academic background in Communications, Political Science, Journalism, or Public Health.
- Ability to work on-site in the New York office.

- Compensation: $18.40 per hour.
