About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Fall 2026 term. The intern will work across both the Equity and Inclusion and the Marketing teams to support internal communications, equity initiatives, and external marketing efforts. This role focuses on shaping how the firm communicates its values, showcases its people, and fosters a culture of inclusion and belonging.
What you'll do#
- Monitor news and create media clips reports highlighting DEI and marketing trends.
- Maintain and update press lists, work trackers, and the social media content calendar.
- Draft engaging social media content, briefings, award submissions, and internal communications.
- Contribute to the creation of the weekly internal newsletter.
- Support the firm-wide mentoring program and related logistics.
- Research best practices for internal culture and inclusion initiatives.
- Assist in planning and executing efforts such as the Changemaker Initiative and LinkedIn Live conversations.
- Provide support on special projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Experience with social media platforms.
- Research skills.
- Relevant academic background in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
