About the role#
As a Brand Intern at Zeno Group, you will support integrated communications programs for leading consumer brands. You will work alongside account teams and communications specialists to gain hands-on experience in an agency environment. This role focuses on building foundational skills in brand strategy, media relations, and campaign execution.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research on brands, competitors, consumer behaviors, and cultural trends to support client programs and new business opportunities.
- Support earned media efforts by researching journalists, building media lists, and assisting with outreach.
- Draft materials such as pitches, press releases, fact sheets, and briefing documents.
- Contribute to social media and digital content development by identifying trends and creating communications.
- Assist with integrated campaigns and brand activations by coordinating logistics and supporting on-site execution.
- Partner with account teams to maintain project materials and keep client programs organized.
What you'll need#
- A strong interest in public relations, marketing, communications, or media studies.
- Curiosity about consumer behavior and the cultural trends that shape brand connections.
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a collaborative team environment.
