About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in our AgriBusiness manufacturing environment. You will support process optimization and new product development by assisting production facilities. This role is a full-time position that contributes to our efficiency and environmental compliance.
What you'll do#
- Perform bench testing and analyze the quality of fertilizer products, raw materials, and intermediate process streams.
- Assimilate and calculate data, then produce final reports for engineering supervisors.
- Prepare chemical solutions for use as standards, reagents, or experiments.
- Clean, calibrate, and repair process testing equipment to ensure accurate measurements.
- Maintain a clean and organized lab work area.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an academic Chemistry program. We prefer students with junior standing or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Willingness to learn process operations and work in a process lab setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- This role is based on-site in Pocatello, Idaho.
- The internship is paid.
- Term options include Winter 2027 or Summer 2027.
