About the role#
This is a summer 2027 internship based at a bovine In Vitro Fertilization laboratory in Kuna, Idaho. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position. You will work directly with the embryologist to support laboratory operations and embryo production.
What you'll do#
- Assist with oocyte collection and maturation.
- Help with the fertilization and culture of In-vitro produced embryos.
- Provide general support for daily laboratory tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year degree program in Animal Science, Biology, Zoology, or a related field.
- Basic laboratory and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong analytical ability and a focus on quality work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and clear written and verbal communication.
- A flexible, self-motivated, and collaborative approach to work.
