About the role#
The Human Resources Intern supports HR operations and gains practical experience by delivering accurate, service-focused support to our employees. You will report to a manager and assist with daily tasks that keep our HR processes running smoothly.
What you'll do#
- Respond to and route employee HR inquiries.
- Help with onboarding communications, documentation, and task tracking.
- Maintain employee records and update assigned HR systems.
- Assist with routine HR transactions and employment changes.
- Support data audits, reporting, file maintenance, and document management.
- Create and update process documentation and job aids.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Accuracy in data entry, recordkeeping, and document review.
- Professional judgment, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively and escalate questions appropriately.
- Previous administrative, customer service, or internship experience is preferred.
- You embody integrity and servant leadership with a bias for action.

Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is remote.
- We review applications on a rolling basis.
- The base compensation range is $29-30 per hour, though final offers may vary based on experience and location.
